BCDA is planning to reach over 500 Internally Displaced House Holds residing in Legetafo, and Gelan towns through its udhiya program and foster sense of hope, belongingness and celebration in the hearts of its beneficiaries.

Backa Community Development Association's orphan sponsorship program is designed to help tackle issues Ethiopian orphans and vulnerable children are facing using tailored techniques. The program will secure basic needs of sponsored children including shelters, food, education fees and clothing. It will also provide psychological and social support to ensure a decent and safe life for the children.
