Most critical issues of youth development include employment, education, health, social responsibility and good citizenship. And youth leadership opportunities allow young people in particular young women to grow in positive environment that promote personal growth and help them become more active in the community and overcome their challenges easily. Backa Community Development Association 's "Shaping the future leader" program provides youth leadership opportunities for young Ethiopian helping them grow personally by being able to analyze their strength, their weakness, get personal and professional goals, raise confidence and stay motivated. It will also build their ability to guide others' course of action, influence their community and serve as role models.

Young leaders have a prior space at BCDA.
